King/Queen of the Court
King/Queen of the Court (K/QOTC) is an action-packed volleyball format for adult mens, womens and mixed teams are put together on the spot and gain competitive playing experience against some of the best social and club teams in NSW. We guarantee you will be challenged to improve your volleyball skills and team chemistry whilst having fun meeting new friends!
Our friendly and professional Tournament Directors are committed to facilitating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment for all athletes to compete with integrity and respect. Our priority is to promote fair and healthy competition 'in the spirit of the game'.
We've perfected our unique full day recreational volleyball tournament format with feedback from hundreds of participants to offer an unrivalled and unforgettable playing experience for all volleyball enthusiasts:

- Multiple courts to challenge similarly-skilled opponents
- Every team is guaranteed to play non-stop volleyball (unless you lose)

How to Register
We welcome all social and club individuals to register on a first-come, first-served basis
Spots are strictly limited so make sure to save the dates to avoid missing out on our epic volleyball event!

- Fill in your personal details
- Proceed to secured online checkout to confirm your team registration
FORMAT
Upon entry please see the registration desk to mark off your name.
2:00pm - Warm-up
2:10pm - Spiking lines
2:20pm - Free serving
2:25pm - Team selections
2:30pm - Games start
6:00pm - Award the K/QOTC
Once you win, you move to the Royal court, and if you win on the Royal court, you stay and play.
Games are played to 15 points (winning by 2 points, if points reach 20-20, then golden point is played).
There will be 3 courts:
1) Royal Court
2) Challenger Court
3) Dunce Court
At the start, teams will randomly be put on any court.
Winners on the:
- Royal court will stay (3 cp+) [if you win from golden point 5 cp+]
- Challenger court will move to the Royal court to challenge the winner (2 cp+)
- Dunce court will move up to the Royal court to wait after the second game is played (2 cp+)
Losers (0 pts) on the:
- Royal court will move to the Challenger court (if there was a team waiting, then they will move in to play them)
- Challenger court will move to the Dunce court (if there was a team waiting, then they will move in to play them)
- Dunce court will take a break (or if there isn't another team waiting, will play the losing team from the Challenger court)
After the first round of games, teams who:
Win on the:
- Royal court will stay (3 cp+)
- Challenger court will move up to the Royal Court (2 cp)
- Dunce court will move up to the Challenger Court (1 cp)
Lose (0 pts) on the:
- Royal court will move down to the Challenger Court
- Challenger court will move down to the Dunce Court
- Dunce court will take a break (or if there isn't another team waiting, will play the losing team from the Challenger court)

If you finish your game early, please wait before the previous game finishes.
Teams may have a tiny water break inbetween games, but preferably the next game will start immediately after.
